Refunds & Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable

  • Accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number

Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment methodwithin 10 days.

To Return An Item

To request a return, please email hello@jazzedupevents.co.uk quoting your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Once approved, you will receive your RMA number along with a returns form. Please download the returns form from the email, print it, and include it inside your return package.

Clearly reference your RMA number on the form or inside the parcel.

Send your package to the return address provided in your return approval email.

We advise returning items via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Custom-made or personalised items (including bespoke neon signs)

  • Made-to-order products including Neon Signs.

  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
