Delivery & Collection
We will professionally deliver and set up the hire items you have booked at the venue address provided at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time window to ensure everything arrives on schedule for your event.

Collection
Please let us know your preferred collection time and we will arrange for our team to collect the items. Collections after 8:00pm are subject to a £40 late collection fee. Alternatively, we can collect the following day at no additional delivery or day hire cost.

Supplier Collections & Returns
Supplier bookings are COLLECTION ONLY, we will contact you to confirm your collection and return times. Unless otherwise specified, supplier hire periods are extended to 48 hours to allow sufficient time for collection and return.
